Aaron is what they call a "dealer" in their world. This means that they can sense powers within people, take them individually, and place them elsewhere if they desire for others to locate. Although Aaron is very cavalier with this sort of thing, as it is a biological compulsion to do so, we as players don't have to be! Please tell me below how you would feel about Aaron using dealer abilities on your characters. Powerless characters should answer, too!

NOTE taking or bestowing powers does require physical contact and will be noticed by the characters. This cannot really be done on the fly, but it could possibly be done quickly enough that no one would have enough reaction time. However you would want to do it.

Can Aaron...

Sense that your character has power(s)? This is a vague, undeveloped sense that will only give a slight understanding of what these powers are, but Aaron will know they are there.
Does your character have singular or multiple powers? Are the powers individual from each other, or are they an inextricable set that all stem from a single source (singular: super strength, multiple: laser eyes/super speed, set: magical systems such as Harry Potter magic or Naruto ninjutsu).
What are the powers your character possesses?
Can Aaron take or borrow your characters' powers? No matter what intention in the taking, we will always find a way for them to return to your character.
Would your character be able to receive powers, and would you like them to?
As a shapeshifter, Aaron may also use your character's face. Please let me know if you'd be okay with randomly having a twin in the Fleet.
When using said face, would you be all right with underage repercussions being committed? (Sex, drugs, alcohol, etc.) NPC faces from back home are more likely to be used for this end.

I. His left arm is made up of Innocence, essentially it's weaponized holy power that's near indestructible unless it gets hit by Holy or Dark powers that is equivalent or higher in strength (which considering Allen's power for an Exorcist...that's not a lot of stuff). Essentially it gives him a whole host of holy based powers.
II. His left eye is cursed so he can detect dark/demonic energy or trapped souls.
III. And he's a Noah but those powers are currently sealed- so the most they can do right now is turn his skin gray.
